    According to PPN chart we were meant to have snow all afternoon. Ziltch in reality. That date in that chart is still an eternity away in my view with regards to snow forecasts.

    Just a quick note. There was quite a few events from last month in which the unexpected things happened, and the unexpected can happen again.

    Think I will have a walk up to Cracken Edge tomorrow morning if there's snow there and take my DSLR. Discovered that place last week when we had the frost. Lovely place.

    Wintry shower here. Not sure what exactly it is though. It is hail / graupel heavy

    i went out today in Derbyshire and above was a very unusual cloud formation. It was very circular line, and apeared to have multiple layers. I thought it could be from a airplane, but it was there for hours and again appeard to have multiple layers to it in terms of height and expanding out. Never seen anything like it before.
