Good old Autumnal day today.
Reminds me of days past when fog was more common than it is now.
Also reminds me of scene setting in "A Christmas Carol", when we first get to meet Scrooge in good old London Town.
Lucky then that my team ain't got a game saturday.
Got absolutely soaked yesterday evening, just as training started. Absolutely torrential rain, and funnily enough, lasted for the entire session, then decided to stop when we started packing up.
Met's view on it all, maybe:-
Chief Forecaster’s View
A chief forecaster's view has been issued for all regions for Sunday. The forecast for Sunday is very uncertain, but the balance of evidence favours relatively fine and dry weather across England and Wales, and also relatively small amounts of rain across much of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The Meto's take on it.

Just had a lovely deluge here in Potters Bar.
Started just before my lunch hour, and finished just as I returned to the office. Think I may go and have a game of pooh-sticks in the high street.
