    Took me 12 hours to do 15 miles. A1 was a giant ice-rink, with lorries parked up in all lanes.

    Lucky then that my team ain't got a game saturday. Got absolutely soaked yesterday evening, just as training started. Absolutely torrential rain, and funnily enough, lasted for the entire session, then decided to stop when we started packing up.

    Going to Cyprus this Saturday, and temps are apparently mid 40's. The night time temps are about as hot as it is now. Bring it on.
