Yeah, we wasn't going to but just really felt like we needed to get away and see the yellow ball in the sky! got lucky with the timing of the deal.

Off to Greece on Saturday for a week, looks like it will be around 27/28 so im very happy with that, booked it 4 weeks ago and thought it would be low 20s. will be intresting to see what the temperature is like upon our return, might take a coat just in case ha.

Does make me laugh how we are so close to the Irish sea and places like Newcastle are getting more wind than the North West, Think this may of been the 3rd yellow warning that isn't needed, people will start to ignore them.

Rain missed here, the odd gust of wind nothing that mad and it seems calm now, can't say it's been the most exciting spell if weather ha.

How are you supposed to sleep, I love the heat but it's currently 26 degrees inside the house! Supposed to be out tomorrow to enjoy the last of the sun but sounds like it could be thunderstorms and hail.

Hot tonight in the city, can only go off the apps but saying around 21. stepped onto the balcony and it's feels very humid, or is that the 2 large glasses of red I've had.

This is epic, not so much rain but constant thunder. Some of the thunder has sounded more like gun shots/explosions.

Thunder started here and rain coming down with it, gone very dark.

Ooooo spoke too soon, 3 or 4 loud rumbles if thunder, lightning and torrential rain all mixed in with some wind!! wow massive thunder now

Absolutely nothing here, just cloudy all day and a little bit of rain. BOOOO, not had a decent storm yet (thowing my toys out of the pram) ha

Nothing going on here, can't see much on the radar. Bit of a disappointing day as storms go, 3 rumbles of thuder and heavy rain for a bit.

make that 3 rumbles and extremely heavy rain! within the white area of this, don't think I've seen rain this heavy in the UK especially not for this length of time.

Yeah very Heavy rain again, only 2 rumbles of thunder.
