It took us 36 hours to get 1cm and it has now melted! Great

Going bed! might reach a magical cm by the morning! Im sure we will all be back on here tommorow trying to look at evrey spot of ppn as a beacon of hope.

Had mostly light showers tonight, it's crazy It has nearly covered the pavement.

proper flakes here, it may even be sticking but needs to keep this intensity to do anything.

It looked very good this morning around 7am, just never happened for us. Sun is going to set in the next hour, I bet all the showers will dry up then.

We just had one of the best showers we had, the wind blew it all and then melted haha, sun is back out.

Like spring with blue skys, just a few flakes of snow in the wind.

had hail with snow grains mixed in, think it's not going to happen until the sun sets and being a debbie downer i just can't see it happening.

Doesn't feel like anything will stick before the sun goes down, hope im proven wrong, sky has now gone dark but would need a proper goof stream of showers to stick..

we have small flakes but quite a few of them, strange thing is it sticks then the wind just blows them off the surfaces any way haha

one thing i didn't expect today is blue skies haha, looked very promising this morning. We live in hope.

Very very light, sun trying to poke out. looks like the good stuff is further south.

Dandruff falling, wind is pretty wild. We have been over light blue ppn for ages with nothing falling, must be a good sign when something is actually falling from the sky.

Now it's got darker, the very very light odd flake is now sticking on car roofs.

Yeah, south Manchester has done ok I think, North Manchester did get 2cm for an hour after the storm a few weeks ago, but evreything has missed us ha, i have took screenshots and think how did it even miss us. Fingers crossed the whole of Manchester and then the North west gets that big dump (we would still want more ha)
