A lovely warm spring day with some high thin cloud. Maximum of 18C today, with a south westerly wind.

After small amount of rain overnight - cloudy and breezy this am - temp currently 15C with wind gusting to about 35mph. Very muggy but no precipitation as yet.

Typical April weather, sunshine and showers. Few showers during the day but beefed up early evening. Three separate thunderstorms between 5.30 and 6.30 - all shortlived with sheet lightening and hail. Beautifully clear now.

Dry but cloudy this am with some brightness. Wet and overcast with some heavy bursts this pm - feeling humid - top temp 14C.

The 5th perfect spring day in a row. Wall to wall sunshine, maximum temp 16C with a moderate easterly breeze. Humidity now rising.

The fourth glorious day on the trot. Temperature currently 16C. Pressure 1010 - falling slowly, gentle easterly breeze - not a cloud in the sky

Still a perfect day - temp now 16C and still rising. Light breeze. Blue skies - rain (what rain!) Third perfect day in a row

Another beautiful sunny morning. Very high cloud light winds - overnight min of 6C - currently 8C and rising. Don't think any rain will get here today.

Damp, dull, dreary - all day. Temp 7C all day - feels more like about 3C. Cloud now breaking at 6.00pm (ho hum). Wind - east light. In all a gruesome day!

Had a lovely day from the off. Blue sky and sunny. Winds in the east but turned NE mid-pm and temps dropped off from a high of 13C. Clouded over at 5.00pm. Winds now north but light.

Temp now dropped to 9C clear skies - absolutely no wind.

Very light rain this am. Stopped about 11.30. Bit gusty around 3-4pm. Brilliant sunshine since and very pleasant at about 14C. Temp dropping a bit now to 12C but a beautiful spring evening. Hardly a cloud in the sky. Certainly not as much rain as hoped (or expected) but that's par for the course this close to the Wash - we seem to have a very definite micro-climate around here.

Bright with gentle wind from west. Chilly at 8C. Better than yesterday.

No snow at 6.30am. Snowed v.heavily from 6.35 to 8.00 - at least 2" settled v fast and total whiteout at times. Drifting up to 8" against south facing fences and walls. Now stopped. Temps rising rapidly. Most snow I've seen in such a short time for many years. Think that's it for now

Good morning all Raining in West Norfolk - damp and mizzly. Temp about 2C. Winter has been cancelled.

Obviously the "snow barriers" went up again over the Wash last night. Woke to green grass, blue skies, birds singing. Had two hefty showers this am both lasting about 3 mins and all gone again in the sun. Wind direction seems to mean nowt to this area round the Wash - it never snows!

The Wash - Norfolk - absolutely nowt!

Good morning everyone - here right on the southern arm of the Wash we have had everything since I got up at 8.00am. 8.00 - white everywhere including roads and pavements (only a dusting but white still the same) and large fluffy flakes. 8.30 - sun out - melted on roads and pavements but plenty on roofs and grass 9.00 - almost whiteout conditions - lying and sticking well - even on the tree branches. 9.30 - sun out - all gone again even on grass - then heavy hail shower 10.00 - heavy drizzle and coming from the west! Turned back to snow pellets for 2 mins and then stopped again. Sun now coming out again. Did someone mention a rollercoaster???

Dersingham - 10 miles from King's Lynn in Norfolk Blue sky Sunshine Cold northerly wind - and ............... what is this white stuff pouring out of a small black cloud? Tipping it down - large flakes - second one since 8.00am And ---------------- it's stopped! First snowflake we've seen this winter.

After a bright morning and an absolutely disgusting pm with showers coming along one after the other and the wind gusting to 30mph we now have gentle winds, clear skies and a terrific sunset - sky is all shades of red and purple over the sea. If only the days were as good as the nights! :evilbat:
