That hole has been there since yesterday,im lost for words.
just been over hartshead pike. only a couple of miles uphill. holy cow! white out up there. anywhere above 200m in the peaks must be just as scary as that and the snow wasnt even deep on the road! here its starting to stick a little on the pavements. gonna have to snow heavy for a long long time to get anything decent!

Fail here. Snowing for hours but ground was sodden when I woke after being bone dry last night. Ah well good effort at least. Still no lasting snow in Ashton hehe.

Where everyone around get shed loads of snow yet us near the hills east Manchester don't even see any snow. Stopped around Salford last time then started again further north lol

the gritters here have plows on the front. they are expecting something big tonight as i aint seen em with plows for years!

still only light snow here. its accumlutaing but not to any great amount. maybe a cm at most. needs to be heavier to give me something measurable

To my untrained, thicko eye, doesn't that look rather ruddy good?!
its telling me we are in with a good chance of a dumping! depending on the track ofc. we cant be far from the large dumping section on there and netweather forecast is for more than 10cm here too!

Heavy snow here, heavy small snow as reported by others in the area. Popped up from nowhere.

Dunno pal, its anyone guess. Earlier I said it would and it never. That said there is a better northward push occuring. Don't quote me on that
it seems to come and go pretty quick. hard to say what its going to do. temps are down here now though dropped to -1oC dew point -3.7oC

The pricip hole over greater manchester, starting to fill in as that front makes a northward push.

The road looks sand blasted. But we have cover. Good times. Wonder when our trailers will turn up this morning haha.
