A decent day here. Mostly sunny, a keen wind at times but very pleasant. Promising to be a decent weekend with temps up a notch or two again tomorrow. No early heatwaves this year and that's fine by me, weather like we've had today and coming up tomorrow is perfectly sufficient for me. -
Another showery day coming up by the looks of it, but at least drier conditions likely as we head into the weekend with some sunshine, so good timing.

We certainly didn't dodge the showers today, regular monsoon type showers. A couple of lightning strikes nearby earlier according to the radar, but didn't see any lightning or hear any thunder here. 16.6mm of rain so far today.

A very decent day yesterday with plenty of sunshine. A couple of showers around lunchtime but much better than washout Monday. Variable amounts of cloud to start today with some sunny breaks.

Another poor bank holiday Monday here, overcast with heavy rain. Definitely a day for catching up on household jobs.

A high of 21.3C here today so comfortably passed the 20C barrier. Plenty of sunshine throughout with variable cloud cover. A couple of spots of rain late afternoon from a very brief rogue shower, but nothing of any consequence. Certainly felt warm out today.

A bright start to the day here, quite cloudy with sunny breaks at the moment. Temp 15C right now, so if we can get some decent sunny breaks as the day goes on, 20C certainly not out of the question. I was hoping to mow the lawn this morning before it warms up, but grass still quite wet, so will have to do it this afternoon. A good way to work off the roast chicken I'll be consuming for lunch.

I can understand people wanting to watch the coronation itself, but hours and hours of build up as well!? It's just like when England have a quarter final match in the World Cup! Mind you, it's a bit wet down South today, so staying in watching the box might be preferable for some, but I'd sooner be out in the rain.

A dry, but cloudy start to the day here. We might scrape a dry day, although there is a threat of some rain from the South later on in the day. I've very little interest in watching the coronation personally. It is nice to have an extra bank holiday though.

Occasional heavy showers here this afternoon after a mostly dry and bright morning. A few rumbles of thunder heard early afternoon and around half an hour ago. A couple of lightning flashes seen as well, but no direct hits.

A nice bright start to the day here, lighter winds. Some showers forecast for later though.

A nice couple of days here. Sunny for most of today, although clouded in late afternoon. Rather breezy out today, but perfectly pleasant again. Temp reached 17.3C. A heavy shower has just moved through. The bulk of the day has been very decent though.

Some light to moderate showers during the first part of the morning here, but these look to have moved away now with some small breaks in the cloud and looking mostly dry for the remainder of the day. Therefore, looking like a much better bank holiday Monday than the Easter one.

Yes, same here, one brief light shower was all we had yesterday, but some nice convective cloudscapes. Heavy rain here at the moment.

The proper downpours have dodged here all afternoon. Some menacing looking clouds around though. It has that thundery 'feel' out. The sun is bursting through the cloud now and temp rising again, 16.6C. Light winds.

There's not really been that much sun in this part of the region today, clouded in quite quickly this morning and been mostly cloudy this afternoon. Temperature reached 18.3C around midday, but currently 15.3C. Had a brief shower about an hour ago. Feels warm out, despite the cloud.

A gloomy overcast morning, but the sun burst through after lunchtime to leave a lovely sunny afternoon. A max temp of 15.2C. A further uptick in temperatures this weekend by the looks of it and nice to see a risk of thunderstorms.

After a bright start today, it clouded in quite quickly, but other than the odd rogue spot of rain in the wind over the past hour or so, it's remained predominantly dry so far. Breezy out.

Its been a decent 2 or 3 days here. Some cold starts, but predominantly dry weather with plenty of sunshine. Downhill tomorrow by the looks of it though with rain arriving during the afternoon.

I accept a forecast for several hours from the current time can be wrong, after all it's a prediction based on model output and weather is a complex science. However, it's the nowcasting which has often been atrocious in recent years. It's as if they don't check what's actually happening at the time and blindly follow the model when issuing a forecast at times.

It's been a decent day here. It clouded in somewhat around lunchtime after a bright/sunny morning, but dry all day.

A nice bright start to the weekend here with sunny intervals. Maybe the chance of a shower or two later, but looks like being a reasonable day in this part of the region. No rain recorded today yet.

Today turned out a lot better than I was expecting. Hardly any rain and been mostly dry all day. Cloudy this morning, but the sun burst through during this afternoon.
