  1. People are moaning its windy outside, at 12z the pressure was 1000mb at shoreham airport, Irma will have a pressure in the low to mid 900s. Perspective,lads. Don't see anything in the way of thunder happening around here later but you never know.

  3. The showers are avoiding the coast, but the thunder isn't. I'll take that all day long.

  5. Feeling much fresher out there already, wind has picked up significantly too not a chance of any storm now imo

  8. On the way to work this morning I saw the mid level instability had arrived, absolutely nothing in the way of rain/storms, though.

  11. Nowt to report here, just a heavy shower around 8.10 this morning, blue skies and windy ever since.
  12. Don't think it rained at all here last night, was expecting heavy rain, but not thunder, didn't get that either! Nearest thunder/lightning was out to sea/East Sussex. Oh well!
  13. When you don't take a coat to work and you leave work to catch the bus in a torrential downpour that starts when you leave and stops when you get on the bus.
  14. Wouldn't be surprised to get off lightly with the rain today. Yesterday we had a few spits (in the south of worthing) yet a mile north got a soaking!
