    Hmmm let’s hope so but the met office isn’t showing anyhing for Worthing tomorrow and we are JUST in the yellow warning on Tuesday. Very fine margins indeed

    So my phone is now saying Snow on a Tuesday and Thursday, don’t think it will amount to much considering I am bang on the coast. then it’s forecasting freezing rain on Friday. but what exactly is freezing rain (frozen rain obviously ;)) but is this not what hail is?

    It appears the GFS is in troll mode with regards to the nation wide snow it is forecasting next week

    Regardless of what the models are saying, various weather agencies, the fake news media, your favourite weather app, everyone in our region is in with a shout for snow between Monday and Wednesday next week,and possibly beyond, if it settles or not, or how much falls, is a different issue

    The last time we saw a mountain load of snow in Worthing was probably back in December 2009, it was the final day of term before Christmas and ended up bunking for the day to build a snowman instead What is the difference between the upcoming cold and 2009? I don't think the snow (or at least the amount that fell) was forecast for Worthing... being bang on the coast

    If that is right then the snow misses me by mere miles once again. If mother nature was a living thing, I might be doing some serious time in jail.

    Mine has been doing that for weeks. For some reason my always starts in Dallas Then goes like yours when I go to my actual town :S

    It's only the Met Office. Not like its a reliable source Anywhere could get settling snow within the next week.

    I wouldn't take the Met office as gospel Netweather is showing 95% chance of snow in Brighton on Monday AND Tuesday! But I wouldn't take Netweather forecast as gospel either Edit: It was the wrong Brighton. The coastal Brighton shows 95% chance of snow for just Tuesday

    I think I will be quite disappointed if we don’t get at least a decent dusting of snow on the West Sussex coast. but it looks like any snow will be in east of East Sussex, standard!
