  1. There’s no snow to melt! Guess I should shut up and be thankful for whatever Mother Nature chooses to deliver lol
  2. Netweather's very own. It's very good.Especially if you get the paid version. Which doesn't even cost a lot https://www.netweather.tv/live-weather/radar Please note I am not paid to promote NW's products or services. There ARE other's available.
  3. Thought it was supposed to be blowing a gale out there this afternoon, but it's not!
  4. Seems to me that tomorrow all the good stuff will be west of us, maybe up to the IOW and westwards from there. But we are in the yellow warning, and me personally am just outside the amber by a few miles. We both might get lucky tomorrow and Friday. Models have got all scenarios covered, miss the snow, hit us both being just on the edge, we get a good sprinkle, it turns to rain on the coast, and back to snow inland.....have any other possible outcomes been missed? Such fine margins I'm afraid!!
  5. The ARPEGE looks naughty though If it comes off, everyone gets a free beer from me
  6. Morning all. A pathetic dusting of snow over night, which is going to be blown away in the strong winds which are forecast for later. No snow is forecast for here today Tomorrow Worthing is bang on the edge of the snow, (just as we have been for the past 2 days) one forecast says we get it, another it stays well west of here. another has rain for the coast then it immediately turning to snow when it moves away from the coast (imagine my shock) The Met Office has us JUUUST out of the amber warning, but in the yellow. Such fine margins! Roll on the damn spring.
  7. The thaw is under way for now. Looking at the models, looks like a similar set up to last night. Will be expecting a little bit of snow late evening and overnight, mostly dandruff with a few heavier bursts mixed in for good measure, but not amounting to much overall. Most of the good stuff staying Brighton eastwards. As for Thursday, doesn't look like much here again but we will have to wait and see. Will be looking forward to sampling such a strong bitter wind though.
  8. The sun is out, temp is -2.4, but certainly feels warmer than that. How can snow melt at such temperatures? It really is!
  9. Yeah, I'll just send them along. Which one would you like? Vixen? Comet? Rudolph? (Although he's a right pain)
  10. The blizzards are back. Though I might as well sit in this office in my bikini and watch bananas grow its so hot
  11. BIG flakes falling now. Sun is out though so won't last long. Edit: Looked at radar, on the edge of a streamer. Might stick around for a bit, Woo.
  12. My guess is it’s been light flurries on and off all night. There is snow on the ground but barely enough to cover rooftops.
  13. If true, the best chance of something decent here is tomorrow afternoon but the beeb is not keen on this idea. theres a slight dusting at the moment, barely enough to cover the grass Such a waste of snow all going on into the channel !
  14. Good night all. hope to wake up knee Deep in snow or knee deep in sweeet f all
  15. It’s sort of snowing here too... just bits in the wind... not really doing much... but enough of them to notice they’re swirling around
