    More snowfall this morning here, clouding over here again.

    Heavy snow all day, but didn't start settling until 3pm, and has now temp. stopped, but has left 2 cms on grass behind it, and a slight covering on some paths.

    Had snow since 11:20, until 12:30, heavier from 11:50 onwards, but ground was to wet for it to settle, when will settling start occuring on a more widepsread basis?

    Maybe 1cm putting both dusting together, but im very concerned that the daytime snow melts any overnight snow, but I am hoping that when the ENE kicks in we will get colder conditions for daytime snow to settle, do you agree with me on this?

    Had a dusting overnight, light snow now with overcast skies, but pavements quite wet, grass and roofs covered. 2C.

    Unforecast snow last night left a dusting, have light to moderate snow tonight, snow wasn't a certainty for my area until monday!

    Had sleet here in newark nr lincoln since around 4:30, currently dry and overcast with a temp of 2.4C, and my local forecast said that overnight showers may well fall as sleet or snow.

    Currently sleeting after sleet showers in the morning, and then more generally turning to rain. If this band hangs around could it turn more to snow, with a temp of 2.7C and slowly falling?

    Very light sleet just stopped here in newark nottinghamshire.

    Nottinghamshire currently 1.9C and dropping, clouds keep passing, and very dark ones approaching from the north. The weather online 16:45 radar shows promising signs for lincoln.
