    Is Luton too far north for this band of showers/thames streamer?? We have a good covering from early shower. Met office radar is soooo slow so I cant work out which way these are heading if its ne to sw then they will miss me but straight e to w then i will be in firing line. Any ideas?? :lol:

    Where is all tonights snow coming from, looking at Sat there is not much over north sea or low countries. just a little concerned that it may not live up to my excitement!!!! Not even had a shower here yet! :o

    Why do i fear that i will be too far north and too far south! Does a Thames streamer affect the home counties?? Bright here at mo, no sign of snow

    Steve How are the home counties going to do in this? In Luton I'm 160m asl, but with experience snow from the east tend to split when it gets towards the chilterns!! so we end up with little as we seem bang in the middle if you see what i mean.
