not much rain here, but lots of really close by lightening..... power went out, telly, phone etc.... just reset clocks on equipment.....

lightening hit a few houses down and gave a huge puff of material out above where it hit..... also hit park a 50-75 mtrs away......

set lots of car/house alarms off...... hoping for more!

Is that heading my way? (rochester)

wow! amazing !!!! the rain is just beautiful! i got soaking wet! fantastic! loud rumbles of thunder, peels of lightning! the rain is slowing! that was just great!!!!! It passed over quite quickly! hope i will see another today!! i felt like i was waiting forever for this to come lol! brighteniing a bit now

Where the hell was this? We got the heavy rain and some rumbles and one flash (but that was in the clouds). No fair! And I'm only a couple of miles away.

Lauren, something is starting to develop very quickly now in the channel just to the SWest of you.. You could well be in luck within a couple of hours. Check the radar

I don't have the NW radar, I'm too cheap!
