  1. Activity slowly petering out in the east. Pity, you'd have thought it could tap into something. But then we are talking about the east....
  2. You should see the lightning away to the south as well, around St Albans.
  3. The discrete London storm has a bit of life, hopefully it can tap into something when it shakes off the crap behind it!
  4. Random blips on lightningmaps in the east, false returns?
  5. Sorry, but you should be limited to two rounds until everyone has had a round one....
  6. Significant development in the eastern side as well. Maybe there is a very VERY slim chance.....
  7. London action could reach Cambridge, it's really getting a wiggle on!
  8. I should have stayed down in Grayswood for another couple of days dammit.
  9. Definitely more action on the eastern flank though. parts of London may yet get lucky. Still too far west for me.
  10. Check out the development on the eastern flank - west London the target area.
  11. Yep, all we get is "cooler conditions moving in from the west". So no standard thundery breakdown, no imports, no set ups like tonight. Not sure what's happened to the east tbh.
  12. All we need now is a nice right turn to the ENE please. That's what you usually do in Europe.....
  13. People always talk about July 3rd yet all we had were 2 very distant flashes of lightning despite places 20 miles away reporting a "huge" storm. Methinks they exaggerated somewhat.......
  14. If you're in the east give up and go to bed. We've missed out completely this year so far and tonight is no different. Hey ho.
  15. If anyone EVER says "oh, the east gets all the storms" I will not be responsible for my actions. This could be the year I never leave the NSC
  16. I need July 17th vibes. July 3rd was a total waste of space here!
  17. ...and grinding to a halt before Suffolk, sadly, if past events are anything to go by....
