0.4c dew -1c sideways snizzle in lighter precipitation… had full on sideways snow for an hour… covering to an inch where it’s been blown probably 3 inches… very wet sticky snow… might venture to top of road in a bit… just making beef bourguignon and mash

Heavy snow blizzard like at times but laying 1-2cm but being blown sideways… 0c dew -1c
if the reds on the radar returns make it here it’ll be great

Ice pellets and snowflakes slushy deposits starting… grass and car… hills above white slushy… heavier precipitation heading up looking at radar… looking at roads clear atm snake/woodhead… gusty wind too

Had Worse maybe March snow like last year?? maybe end of February but we’re at my mums in Somerset for my sisters birthday in Somerset, Bournemouth game (got 2 tickets don’t tell anyone ) then Luton on the Tuesday after( if we get tickets… they’ll be like hotcakes ) so probably countrywide blizzard for our triangle trip around England

Winter Hill no real change… lots of pop up roadworks and Glossop pages on facebook are mostly about pot holes or shaming parking or damages cars/wing mirrors

Had Worse I’d like to buy that house at the top of the track… looks quite pretty old farmhouse with trees at front… 450m asl your guaranteed.. don’t think Paddy would want do drive a tractor up a track probably comes with quite a bit of land and way out price wise bit of a walk to town too carrying backpack with shopping…get strong calf muscles though

Had Worse Im not sure what it’s called… edit Turf Pits Lane… I’ve seen a tractor going up there quite a few times… it looks like a good snow house in winter… but a bit Smokey when they burn the heathland in spring

2c looking good day tomorrow… some sunshine to get out in garden doing jobs… monthly garage haircuts tomorrow (only been 6 weeks)
quick walk into town to shops… might put bins out tomorrow night… might be a bit snowy/slushy to drag bins out Thursday evening…
think it’s a bit nowcast for Thursday/Friday morning… let’s see how this pans out

here temp 0c dew -1c been all day nearly… not sure with precipitation later… but bound to be wet/damp tomorrow
glad you got to your appointment ok
edit 0.5c dew -0.5c temp on the up… that wind is ferocious at times still…
now the low cloud has cleared slightly can see the fields stripped of snow and built up over the dry stone walls
