    Love it that these strikes are moving NE straight towards EA! Looking forward to this eveing/tonight. Camera batteries are charged. Now just a sit and wait. Very hazey but it's slowly clearing. And a mild 30C recorded here.

    well my storm chance has been beefed up today. It's like a yoyo on the storm risk predictions. Nothing convective over this way yet but still plenty of time. All I know is that it is bloody hot! Bet the beeches are packed!

    fair enough the GFS are saying it is going Northwards but it is constantly changing. Let's hold our heads up. I'm sure the South will get something. Just be positive!!!

    The Fens - awsome! Nice open areas. Watched a couple of storms over the Fens before. Great area apart from the bumpy narrow roads and drainage ditches either side

    Right thats it, i'm booking Tuesday off. This looks like it is gonna be amazing. Late night Tuesday aswell. A chance to get some great lightning shots hopefully.

    Grrrrr. Friends reporting storm with CG's in my home town. Stuck at bloody work 20 miles South

    Seems we got quite lucky yesterday. Caught a couple of cells which came through from your way. Some lightning in there too. Some beautiful lowering from some cells - very photogenic.
