Awwww man this rain sucks! Driving home on the M3 / M27 was horrendous and it's just not stopping - I just hope it does stop before Wimbledon in 2 weeks!

Lightning seen and it was pinky-coloured and horizontal on 2 occasions - cool!!

DFW have grounded incoming/outgoing planes (230 departures cancelled) and will check them over before they're used again - wow, that will take some time!! Edit: Amazing photograph here

Got some heavy rain falling here, temp @ 12.3oC so not cold and whilst I'll miss the sun this rain is much-needed!

As far as I'm concerned everyone else can keep the snow coz I've been enjoying the hot weather of the past couple of weeks and would like it to stay that way lol Have noticed since the weekend that the evenings have gotten cooler than than they have been recently but days are still nice and warm, hurrah!
