  1. Temperature has dropped and settled at 20.4c but humidity has risen to 76% - the highest I've noticed today. Must google why humidity increases when temperature decreases (and just generally learn more about weather storms lol). Here's to another sleepless night due to the temp, I'd rather be kept awake by thunderstorms tho!
  2. Some promising "twinkles" at the southern end of the map (at last) woohoo! gief storms (P.S. I've never known a thread take over my life as much as this one has recently!)
  3. I'm not sure what was more epic - the tennis or this thread (and it's parents)!!! Am knackered from keeping up with both, must remember to breathe
  4. Nope, just been & checked, although garden is a sun-trap... Temperature got to 25.5c, lovely blue skies outside with hardly a cloud in sight B)
  5. Hopefully these might work: 1 2 On a side-note, can someone please explain to this noob (i.e. me) how come it's getting hotter as the evening draws in? I'd expect it to be cooling down...?
  6. Am sat watching Wimbledon with my weatherstation by me, temperature & humidity increasing over past 5 minutes - now at 24.7c with 62% humidity. Since I bought this weatherstation in December I've been eagerly waiting to see the lightning strike symbol on it to no avail! I know it has one, I can see it if I hold it/the lcd at the right angle! Cmoooooooooooooooooon storms! (pretty please) Edit: hit 25c as I pressed "post" - sky clear/bright so sitting here with fingers crossed!
  7. Just started spitting in Fareham, Hampshire and sky is cloudy but it still feels "close" outside and I have a "humidity headache"
  8. temperature here in Fareham now down to 23.3 with 67% humidity, temperature slowly increasing again, overcast with a few spots of rain 20 minutes ago
  9. Cloud cover lifted and I've just been watching the temperature go from 24.4 to 26.2 in less than 30 mins and it's still climbing!
  10. I'm new to this but have been watching this thread (and the other one) for the past few days. I'm hoping for thunderstorms here on the south coast in Hampshire. Been watching a storm tracker I regularly use and it seems to be getting busier & busier! StormTracker
