    Very rare to get hail showers, let alone 5 in one night, and to be that extensive! Very interesting!

    Temperature has now dropped down to 1.8c, a frost is looming!

    Yes the people up in Northern England and Scotland have been lucky and experiencing snow. We have just got to be patient,we will have snow at some point, good things come to those that wait!

    Well it will be alot less milder than of late, so will feel alot colder! Yes apart from Thursday it looks like it shall be a chillier week, snowier in the North and drier/sunnier further South.

    Just a rather cold night on offer here in Southern England after the rather quick rainfall from earlier, we now have clear skies and the temperature is a rather chilly 3.4c, Dewpoint is at 1.6c.

    Seems after tomorrow most of the United Kingdom will be under the NO MILD ZONE, much cooler and colder for most, with snow further North and in Scotland.

    Seems to have gone quiet here?! Is there power cuts from the heavy snow? Have forum members gone to make snowmen? or have they all gone to bed hoping to wake up to snowfall in the morning ?

    Probably will be a case of sod's law, rain showers penetrating far inland and when they are snow showers don't go as far, hope this doesn't happen to you lot!

    Wind really has picked up in the last 2 hours wind is now 17mph with gusts of 28mph. We did have a bit of rain earlier, but the wind blew it through quickly once again so scarce amounts once more!
