    All conjucture at this stage, but as GFS 18z shows, that system hits cold air and turns to snow, on this run shows m4 corridor again as the snow-line ( this is 5 days away) so likely to change alot by then..

    Once again the GFS 18z hints at a low pressure system moving in by the end of the week, with very cold uppers in place, snow likely if it goes this track...

    Here we go, Good Friday and the GFS 18z shows a weather system edging in from the SW with snow on leading edge..!

    Monday morning on the NAE showing some light snow flurries moving through from the East at 6am and 12pm.. Doesn't look like anything substantial, but just goes to show that showers can happen this week and little surprises come up along the way!

    Been snowing here moderately on/off since 12ish. We have 5cm just next to Shotover Hill :-)

    Coming to an end now. Has settled on grass, fences etc... But not roads... Met office ramped it up, and still showing heavy snow until afternoon, when nothing more than light snow, with a few moderate bursts earlier..

    Just the 2cm here then. My neighbour clearing snow off his car,.... with a hoze!

    Have 2cm on grass. Fences and roofs. Some pavements also covered but roads wet from past rain are clear. Quite poor really from the Met Office after going for heavy snow for 6am-3pm for last 2 days it never really got going, they missed last Sundays action too. Never mind, been a good winter here for snow and still very light snow falling.

    Yep Heavy Snow falling in Earley Berks as my friend has told me. That stuff has Oxon/Wilts name on it, so slowly moving but once under could be bullseye! H

    Yup my only day off from work in the next week aswell. Buts it's probably last snow of the season here so aint gonna miss it..
