i just asked my boyfriend to make me up a hot water bottle so i can sit with it, getting colder and colder

we have decided to get a takeaway tonight, not something we do often, indian for heat, then sit with the curtains open and hopefully watch the snow coming down.Temperature has dropped sharply in the past half hour, just from going outside and comparing it.

are you joking? because i'm not that far away from you, and it would seem to be the same for my area then. i think 20cm would be more depth of snow than i have ever seen.i'm getting very childishly excited.

with regards to how cold it was yesterday I forgot to say that my boyfriend told me yesterday he had seen a frozen water pipe with icicles in an alleyway along from Barclays Bank.

we have settled snow, don't know what time it started, none when I went to bed last night, still falling steadily

i am at a late meeting tonight then making my way into Essex, quite excited, might see something, saw nothing in Yarmouth before I left.Its notably colder down here than it was back home. really? must have turned much colder since i left this morning, i was still thinking how warm it was a way up the a12 from you.but that must be a good sign then.

I have meetings in Essex in the middle of that, bit worried I won't get back home, although being snowed in at a hotel might be a bit exciting............

hmmmm next week I have several meetings in the region, at some point I think I might be either snowbound here, or there, or somewhere in between............i shall take lots of blankets just in case

Here's something odd though.Yesterday was much the same as today, I even took off my suit jacket at lunchtime and went out in just my blouse it was so warm outside.Returned to the office and my colleague came in wearing thick coat, scarf, gloves, shivering.,"oh its freezing outside, isn't it?" she said.I was just thinking, either I am crazy, or you talk yourself into that because its January yet you havnt actually felt if its warm or cold you just assumed it was.
