  1. lol, you sound like me this morning, i was complaining it was too warm for the time of year.
  2. i once slid right down a steep hill in brighton in the ice and ended up sitting with my full weight on my ankle, i examined it as i sat on the ground and it was already turning a bruised colour, it was badly sprained, i will never forget doing that! I was hoping nobody was looking.
  3. i wasnt sure what happened this morning very early, something small and white was falling on me and i held out my hand but it didn't feel cold so i decided it must be some tree blossom, but even that in january is odd.it was warm and not conducive to snow or icy rain at the time.
  4. ok thank you, something to keep an eye on then, although I think they say anything showing more than a week out is liable to change greatly.still, we can hope! I know what you mean, half the fun is in seeing the charts showing the cold, tantilising that this could happen in the next fortnight, even if it never happens in reality.
  5. can you elaborate on what you mean, are the models showing something now?and this would be february?
  6. ha i see lowestoftians are all over here, i'm near Yarmouth and I got confused in the three counties thread, so ill stay over here. Reports from Reedham of heavy snow half an hour ago now stopped.
  7. Just outside Great Yarmouth - woke to the tiniest amount of snow on cars wall and ground that melted but puddles still had ice in, went to town, and puddles were beginning to melt but there just a few snowflakes blowing about in the wind which didnt amount to anything. oh why does it say i am male to the left? i am most definately female! i will try to change the setting.
  8. Hi Jennyjane here, had to reregister as JennyJane1 as couldn't log in with old account for some reaosn, looking forward to winter and the promised "little iceage" weather here can't decided if it wants to be hot or cold, (Great yarmouth coastal area, Norfolk) also looking forward to the splits into the regional areas as the weather gets cooler.
