    Never mind, if theres no snow then next i will look for spring sunshine and warmth (not much chance of that right now either booo again!)

    Good old Nimblus (without a capital 'n' i noticed) Surely one of the most optimistic members around. Wish i could be as hopefull! Anyway evening now and those showers still waaay off the west coast. Im bored, who wants to play xbox?

    Only boring people get bored, thats what my mum used to tell me. I agree though and one of my hobbies is Meteorology so i guess my dear Mother was right.......... Temps of over 6c so far and precipitation much further south into the channel... I dont think so.

    Hmm according to the radars so far this morning even the 'slight chance of wintery stuff' is further south and looking like it will mainly stay out in the channel. Or is my poor hungover head missing something?

    Compared to some of my grumpy whinges at certain members i like to make sometimes! I forget how dull this time of year can get for 'down this way' Currently cold and rainy again. After the nice little snow day last week quickly melted, my thoughts soon turned to spring. Yesterday was glorious out of the cold wind. Anyway as i said i am now either looking for the very unlikely chance of heavy snow or, the very unlikely chance of warm sunshine!

    Hmm, going to be careful what i put, dont want an arguement but... I think i may of had enough of this 'wishy washy' cold now, so in a definately imby way UNLESS I get another heavy, laying snow session then could i have warm sunshine please? I dont like sleet and cold dampness!

    Yeah its a 'wintery mix' here now (i hate that term!)I think i see the wind direction changing to a more North,North,Easterly now, so that might a stop to any of those showers from the North sea getting here now?

    Could you honestly say yourself "nah ive had a decent covering of snow a few times, i dont want any more"? I cant, its never enough! I think most of us wierdos are the same actually. Just as long as when the chances for snow have gone it warms up quickly...

    Bloomin weather, its raining here now sob -1.6c Dews but 2.7c air temp :-(

    Bit warm though innit? Well its balmy down in Eastbourne. 4.6c Nothing much left of the 18cm we had only the other day, sigh!

    Aaah yes i know who you are on about now, i cant say too much but i have had quite a few messages deleted through comments ive posted after reading his twaddle. Unfortunately my blood boils when i read his codswallop "aaah you wait until next week and see how snowy its going to be" Ooooh mystic. Shame he has never called one of these psychotic (sic) forcasts correctly. Damn, see i told yah winds me up! ;-)

    It might well be. Ive been watching the temps drop fairly quick considering its not that late in the day, with the cloud increasing its now dropping fairly rapidly, about 2c in just over an hour. Wasnt thinking that the radar showed earlier would make it or produce much by the time it got here but you just never know.... Again, you just never know! Trying hard not to get my hopes up.

    Yeah there are some tiny showers starting to show up, its also started to get cloudy here, worth keeping an eye opem to see if any intensify. Mega thaw here, temp got up to 5.5c earlier but has dropped to 4.3 in 40 mins.

    Thats wierd the net weather radar isnt really showing much, you think there is some more out in the North sea?

    Nah its you im afraid, the showers are veering off to far to the sw so will miss these parts
