Radio dj talking of a snow bomb and freezing temp for UK in a weeks time.... Have i missed something ?

Yes didn't either bother looking. Untill my friend said it was snowing!

Didn't expect that pink blob today. Bit falling in colchester.

Surprised given the minus temps all day the thick snow on the paths has melted so fast. Snow all day and no settling? Not even ice on the ground? Those wind chill temps are very low so I can't quite work it out.

Just dug car out. Worse once you get outside. Showers intensified here.

Just woke up ,coming down quite moderate here. Covering the rd now. Which it failed to do all day yesterday. Are ambulances 4wd? One just went past at about 40. Which seemed very fast on this rd covered in snow and ice. Hasn't been gritted even though its the ambulance route to the a12 from station. Got to take daughter work at 6.30am. Not looking forward to it...
