yeah i know it was far colder last december, i got 7 inches on the 18th, a truly, truly rare event, im not expecting much tonight anyway, and even if it does snow i doubt it will settle.
tell me about it, it is so frustrating seeing them getting plastered whilst here in bedford i get a bit of slush, though last december we did get a lot of snow for once.
wonder what our chances are of snow tonight
BBC weather has snow barely scraping my area, At the beginning of the week the whole country was in for a storm and heavy rain, how fickle the weather is
Clear and 1.8c here, and just a slight breeze, wind was mean't to be a lot stronger than this until the models downgraded the wind stength a couple of days ago
i don't live that far away from you, i wonder if i will see snow as well but im not holding my breath, i think the lows will track further south and i will miss out on any precipation plus i live on fairly low ground too
Well GFS has the strong winds affecting France, why do all storms either affect either northern britian or France i think the general public in the midlands and south need to realise how lucky it is again that we will avoid a storm.the lows either track too far north or to far south.
I came home tonight in the hope that the ECM would offer a cold solution after seeing some encourging ensembles this morning, but this is not the case as heights remain low to our north
