Just finished work and I thought it was mild as I walked to my car, would you adam and eve it, 10.5c on the car temperature gauge at 9.15pm on the 18th January.

After reading the Model Discussion tonight I'm really glad I kept hold of the receipts for my snow chains.

After reading last nights Model Discussion Thread I have gone out this morning and bought a sledge, a snow shovel, and snow chains for my tyres. But I have kept the receipts just in case. Temperature is 7c here in Lowestoft. Which is pretty cold for this winter.

11.6c here in Lowestoft today. The bin men just arrived at our office wearing shorts and t-shirts. It has been a funny old winter.

Yes the Met Office see the radar images showing snow in the North Sea but forget that we stick out into the North Sea.

Snowing in Lowestoft, and looking at the radar we could be in for quite a bit of snow tonight.
