The freezing rain was a real treat to see but my god was it dangerous. Luckily I didn't have to go out in it to work. I don't want to see that again this year. -
I'm checking the radar and keeping everything crossed.

I have to say I agree completely. Let's hope for an event in Feb or March like last year for us living in the tropics

Apparently it should be snowing now....... It's not. Temp of 0.8 and DP of -0.5

Temp slowly falling. 4.7 in central Bournemouth with about 2.7mm of rain in the past hour. Not a chance of even any sleet mixed in.

6.8 here. And not a drop of rain all day. I think rain will come in later on this afternoon but an all rain event for the coast.

4.6 here and still really blustery. Still early in the snow season for me. Just look at last year.

Woken up to a temp of 3.2 No rain as of yet, but a poorly toddler means won't be getting out in the dry cold weather.

Morning all! Time for my twice yearly venture into here! It was meant to be more but life just gets in the way. Raining heavily at work in Poole, Not seeing any temps dropping yet though.

I don't know if I can cope with beast 3. Part of me is craving some warm weather and sun. Another part is wanting the last hoorah of winter.

No snow day off work for us here ? I didn't stay up a lot last night but the snow I did see was small and just not heavy enough. It' been a brilliant couple of days though. Unexpected so late in March.

Small snow in central Bournemouth. Can't see if it's settling too much yet. We are all hoping for a snow day tomorrow.

Temp 0.2 and dp -2.4 here. Settling down for some lamppost watching and mot enough sleep..... but at least my Sainsbury's delivery arrived.

The snow just cannot hang on to the hard paving. Driveway is nearly clear of snow but the car is covered with a good 8cm.

So what's the betting my Sainsbury's delivery that has been booked for 5 days gets cancelled ??

Still coming down here. Local paper reckons it will stop by 9am and then we have more to come this evening. Lets see if they are right! It's going to be an exciting day. And it's the middle of March!!!

We have small but heavy snow. It was unexpected. It should of been stopping but yet it still comes. It's an exciting day.

Woken up to a covering in some places and nothing in others. My back garden has about 1.5 inches but the path in the back garden has nothing. A very nice thing this late in March though. Just looked at the meto app and they say it should start snowing again about 5pm until about 1am. We shall see!

Temp 1.5 and dp -1.4 Some stuff lightly blowing in the wind but nothing at all has settled after the lunchtime pour down of snow. It's going to be a long night. And I'm still badly suffering with this burst ear drum.
