Are those showers ove southamton progged to head towards the cardiff area then??
Great couple of hours in Bridgend Moderate snow has given us a brand new 2 inch covering which makes up for the slushfest yesterday in this area
If you had said that 5 years ago I could well have believed you but winters seem to returning to the ways of old and we have had a couple of decent falls each year, still you never know so best to savour!!!
looks like bridgend is on the wrong side of marginal tonight wet snow not sticking dew point at 0 temp at 1.2 think it will be a great night down the road in Cardiff so enjoy guys
A forcaster was just talking on Red dragon radio and apparently the temperature and (presumably dew points?) will start to drop rapidly from now onwards and precipitation will be snow to low levels by early evening. Also mentioned the possiblility of a another red following soon.
Well was that it? stopped in bridgend winter wonderland restored but was hoping for a longer event than 30 minutes bands have now cleared the area, my hopes now pinned on the bands approachig cornwall from France
anyone think the massive bands just leaving the french coast heading towards cornwall are the main bands that the nae said would hit us between 6 and miday tomorrow??
