    Thanks but just to clarify that the pressure doesn't remain in the north,it migrates east/SE deflecting the trough out west further NW,then starts to warm up from the SE,this is a test run anyway of the new ECM Parallel and all academic at that range,but please stop criticizing folk when they are only posting what the models show full stop. sorry mods anyway,the ICON finishes nice.

    The ICON places the low closer to the SW further NW over the BoB instead of Spain/France border with warmer temps thanks to a SE flow instead of a E/NE 12z 120 v's 00z 126

    I wonder what the UK record temp was from an easterly? The latest from cpc puts the trough well out of arms reach down towards NW Spain/Portugal,Scandi hp cell still firmly fixed and a continued risk of some good convective imports.

    Here is a clip of that Bardolino storm from earlier and there was rotation in the top middle at the start and i am pretty sure there was some sort of funnel/tornado off the scene,watch it and you can see the winds blow the trees from the left,then from the right. bardo 1.mp4

    No storms here but glad to take second best of the cloudscapes today. from the SW and this beauty from the SE hopefully more chances of storms next week but that is miles away yet well done to those further south that got the storms today and thank you for all the photo's and vids @Zak M,especially

    Yes,it's about to drop the trough here at 90 v's 00z 96.

    Only two of the gefs ens members drops the trough down the NE side of the UK at 120 and that's p4 and p9 the mean at 168,192 and 240 signals a warm fetched easterly it has been a long day in here for me so don't expect me to post on the 00z i will be viewing with anticipation though night.
