Impressively warm T850 hPa swamping the uk next week after the relatively cool uppers this weekend according to tonight's Ecm 12z op run, in the very strong june sunshine, temperatures would soar high into the 70's rather than more subdued high 60's to low 70's, in other words, rather better than the experts are expecting and with increasing humidity, the risk of scattered thundery showers would increase, a very continental type of weather from tonight's ecm.
is what I like

I absolutely love Thunderstorms so I hope we do have some, even if there not big I'd still be happy just to have one

Dare i say it that the way things are going we could be talking about temperatures into the very warm/hot category soon enough?
Please let it be so.....
I hope so
-
how I wish for a record breaking heatwave this summer... anyways the charts are look good

any chance of a thunder in south these coming days +next week? I was hoping for warm sunny weather but it doesn't look that way, so if were stuck with rain I would love some thunder & lighting
-

-
Temperatures would be around 10 to 14c for many so yes no cold temperatures
thanks, what about night?

Remarkably all models now agree on the end of this week ECM has now joined they party in building pressure
would that mean no cold temps?
-
Dont forget the GEM and the NAVGEM!

However the GFS,UKMO,GEM and NAVGEM all point to sunny conditions for most for next weekend but it will be colder than average with trapped cold air:
what kind of minium temps would that cause? specially in the south
-
will that low have an effect on the cold blocking we have been stuck in for a while?
-
