more snow! The models have shown the whole time that snow was going to come in tonight into tomorrow, this weak fall we have had all day is not the snow we have been waiting for! Have some faith, noway will we see a blizzard of foot tall drifts but a few cm is coming for most of Kent. -

True enough! Generally METO heavy is what I would call 'heavy'! Of course it might not happen, waiting on the next GFS runs now.

I agree. I can see a couple of cm and settled snow but it will only be around a few hours. Of course if we get the snow down and bringing the temps down we could see a decent build up over 24 hours (by decent I mean 3-6cm not a real heavy depth). Till the rain comes in early next week of course!

I am happy with looking out the window and seeing the snow. The chances of a big dump tonight on Gillingham makes me smile !

Looking at METO latest it seems the sweet snow for Gillingham will start around 9pm then we have heavy for around 12 hours. I just want a deep enough layer to cover all the grass and paths.

It is still 50/50. We could end up with nothing, or a decent layer. Either way the rains coming in Monday!

Well meto pushed light snow back to midnight from 9 but there is almost nothing on radar. I am starting to worry this will fizzle before we get a coating

Looking at the models I am thinking/hoping for 3-6cm laying by mid Saturday here in gillingham. Really though want it in settling tonight amdand a mythical snow day tomorrow!
