    I take what they say on the model forum with a pinch of salt . what I don't get is this time was the bbc that said on their twitter risk of disprutive snow next wed thursdsy. Now they even say there selves we can't predict this far in advance re snow. So why did they predict something a week out.

    Weather for My area Bbc Showed sleet sat morning/ afternoon this morning Snow at night, now just light rain. lol

    Had few very light wet snow/ sleety showers. only twice this winter it's happened. Getting excited about a shower of rubbish now

    Been looking at the model forum Surrey do the charts look gud. Sometimes on model forum I take it with pinch of sort now lol.

    I am trying to stay positive as well we had about 9 inches in Northants in March 2013. Can only remember Feb 2009 being better was probably over a foot then. I can't really remember 1987 1991 snow wise to be honest.

    There is a link on Facebook saying Saudi Arabia got snow at the weekend pictures as well. I know people say our problem is the jet stream and the fact we an island etc but Saudi Arabia I did laugh they got the same amount of snow if not more than some people on here.

    would you say that the best type of set up would be the same for most of the the East Midland re Northamaptonshire

    U weather forecasting is decent you called east midland northants etc getting a few cm s.

    We have the same in corby. Suprsied northampton I think normal does well compared to the rest of us in northamptonshire.

    In corby northants been light snow/ sleet in last 20 minutes really started to come down proper snow now.

    Starting to come down heavy. Light covering on grass and roads. Had been watching since 7pm was rubbish sleet only started getting going in last 15 mins.

    I have noticed our heavy snow which was forcast early is getting put back. Until 10 till 12 now then light snow till 4.

    Well I can say in northamptonshire no settling snow at moment very light snow. Weathet app keeps delaying the heavy snow forcast from early.

    I will keep you informed I am in northamptonshire also gone on midlands forum as well due to our location. People said it's now snowing heavy in Derbyshire.
