Getting a few heavier one's now in Northamptonshire nothing settling.

Had heavy snow on and off for few hours nothing settled looks some good showers turning up on radar now. Getting darker now lol.

I think you are right there weekly forecast was not that bad really this week. Okay few degrees colder they predicted, we have actually had it a bit warmer no point did say they big amounts of snow. Met office think some of there long range ones have flipped and changed but then again they may be struggling as well with the changes. Think and I include myself in this i let the rampers make me believe then I feel let down I shouldn't do it but I do.

Could not have said it better myself. Joke this winter has been come April May will be 8c and raining Spain Greece be 30c. Was somebody on model forum other night said don't know why the negativity we got to be really unlucky this time to not get any luck at all. As we got it going for us blocks and Atlantic is dead and we still can't get any actually what people want a dumping of snow. Question what and how we get a load of snow then.

So country file weather said last night few showers of snow etc not building snowmen. Today said how much snow weekend we don't know and smiled.

I read what is on the model forum I also have started to watching Gavin partridge updates on YouTube most nights he goes through the gfs, 20 odd members I have found this useful as he will explain them and what he thinks may happen. He also does this slowly and explains I have found this helps me understand More. He also does some amazing old weather charts 1962 1963 46 and 47 amazing some of them.

I have said before think it will snow anyway but here. Cold enough for snow last few weeks nothing Then little bit warmer no problem with the persipication coming then.

What I did notice on country file which made me laugh the coldest day for my area is Thursday due to a cold southerly wind coming from Europe never seen that before. Also remember few days ago it saying by Thursday up to 8c. Now suppose to be 2c so it can change just think we are stuck in the cold dry pattern which for me is next best thing to cold and snowy. But each to there own if we don't get snow by end February let's have a warm spring but know it won't happen.

Hardly any posts on the model thread there are plenty of cold rampers on there but are no where to be seen at all. Not much going on weather-wise at the moment. One good think is where I live been cold and sunny.

I would say the same as well as love hot weather and cold weather but u know when spring comes it will be easterly wind and 8c. Then the model forum will say if this was January February now it will be heavy snow and 0c.
