I couldn't agree more my wife moans at me as all I go on about is snow. When I see 10 days charts now I just say to myself here we go again lol. Like you say no upgrades as we go on just more and more look at this in 10 days time.

So we are saying global warming everything warming up but then Greece gets the snow and we get nothing. So a Warmer country then us gets snow you couldn't make it up the Sahara had more snow than us lol. I know the jet streams play s a part in our weather but bloody Greece lol

I am totally confused trying to learn but everybody has there own opinions which is fine as that is what a forum is. Seems like on one run other day it's 1962 1963 then next run december 2015. Very hard to follow met office changed there view today a little on there forcast so all to play for. Lol

Wow the model thread is nobody allowed a different opinion. Can't believe they agure over such silly things it's like a children's playground . Think that is a bit harsh think a playground is more mature.

I am 34 live in Northants and same for me last white xmas Northants was 1981 checked it out 2010 was few days out as snow melted. Think was 2014 had wet snow boxing day that's as close as come to a white xmas.

I was born in 1982 never seen a white xmas it won't change this year I am sure boxing day seen snow not xmas day

Everything this winter has been look at the chart t240 I do give up. Mild December Jan feb. Then cold easter and northerlies in the summer oh joy

Same as here half the time we have no season s at all could be December or July at 15c. all wrong set ups for time of year.

Not writing winter of yet but very frustrated when met gone for mild winters for years. Bbc says this year colder than average and it's not happening at the moment. Always think probadly me being positive but one year everything falls in to place at the last minute and we are going to get a proper hammering with the snow. Will suppose we can dream always think in Guernsey in March 2013 if they can get 4 foot snow drifts and that's a smaller island than us so can we. lol

nobody has a clue what the weather will do in 5 to 7 days time, it proves when the met got a super computer worth millions of pounds and still cant get it right that's not a dig at the met just our little island I think. Think everytime it is showing mild 7 days out its always right. The cold can be shown then go wrong at the last minute I read the Model forum all the time try to take things in most of it is above me to be honest.
