  1. Rain here in Rotherham, guess it's all over for these parts.
  2. Lots of reports of Snow out west where rain was forecast so we should definitely see plenty.
  3. Winter ends at end of this month by some methods, perhaps he's hoping for a wintry spring.
  4. After watching tonights forecast on look north it looks as though eastern parts of our region will see only a little Snow tomorrow. Front coming in weakens quickly as it crosses our region. Worth keeping an eye on models for next week though. Looking interesting at moment.
  5. I don't think Skeg Vegas will see anything more than sleet in this set up.
  6. Snow is getting much heavier here in Rotherham now. Not settling yet though.
  7. This must be tenth time i've heard this today. Unless ground is under deep water it doesn't matter as long as it's cold enough and Snow is coming down heavy enough. We had torrential rain early last week quickly followed by heavy snow and we still received a good covering.
  8. More and more places in South and Midlands reporting Snow now. We should start seeing some very soon.
  9. Some on lower areas in south east thread are reporting Snow now.
  10. Temps have started to tumble in south east which is a plus for us up wind.
  11. I think it will be later in afternoon when lower areas see any proper Snow.
  12. Went first week in May a couple of years ago and it was 27'c+ every day. Went last month and it was 18'c+ with unbroken sunshine most days.
  13. Had a few flakes here in Rotherham and at almost sea level so bodes well for remainder of day.
  14. Most of those that keep moaning because they keep missing out on Snow are usually living in locations like Devon or Cornwall. These areas see very little Snow most winters.
  15. We want a Spring just like in April 1981. Over a foot of snow on hills around here.
  16. Still coming down here in Rotherham but a bit sleety at times.
  17. Not quite as much Snow but tonight's event as covered a far larger area.
