Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me etc. Still no snow and no rain has fallen in Lowestoft. I am the forecast champion. -
My birthday tomorrow so it's bedtime for me. Must be up bright and early to build my birthday snowman, and make my birthday snow angels, and open all my snowy birthday presents. Did I mention it was my birthday tomorrow? Goodnight all.

East Anglia being sectioned gets my vote. While I'm here I would also like to state for the record that I have uninstalled my so called Rain Alarm App and sent a strongly worded email to its designer telling him in no uncertain terms that his App is a disgrace, and that he should be ashamed of himself. That told him.

Still misses Lowestoft, Beccles, and Great Yarmouth. My forecast is holding up well.

You can watch all the snow that the radar is saying is falling on Oulton Broad on this WEBCAM. If you pop back later you can also watch drunk people slipping over in the snow drifts.

As the old song goes "no rain or snow in Lowestoft, even though the radar says there is." I could never understand why that wasn't a hit.

So far so good for my forecast. Just watched the BBC weather and no snow here for the foreseeable.

It's my birthday tomorrow (don't all feel guilty for not remembering and start rushing out to buy me a really expensive present because it's the thought that counts and you didn't think) and I can 100% guarantee that it will not snow here again until next winter. So there.

I apologise if you thought what I said was insulting and offensive. I was just trying to make the point that on the face of it a bit of snow for snow lovers was lovely, but maybe we should be looking at the bigger picture. I myself was made redundant 2 years ago, that is why I have started my own business, this type of weather in Spring is frankly a pain in the backside, and I'm praying my area misses this stuff for my sake, and for the 4 young guys that work for me. Bills have to be paid. I hope your health improves.

My point was that if they are snowed in they can't get to work. The UK needs this bad weather like I need one of my legs to fall off.

We won't get snow because I'm doing an electrical re-wiring job in Wroxham on Saturday night. It will be cold and clear. I need the money.

I think the grown up, and sensible thing to do in here is to wish all the members of Netweather who happen to be living in the areas that will be getting snowed in all the luck in the world, and also let them know that we in the South-East, and East Anglia will be out working harder than ever to help reduce the UK's budget deficit, so allowing those poor snowed in citizens the ability to pick up their benefits on time.

Here on the East Coast it looks as though we have dodged the bad weather bullet. I thought as much when I saw these seagulls messing about today in Cromer. Not a care in the world.
