  1. It's even warm here this morning, currently 19.2, so nearing top temp over this period of nice weather already. Sky completely clear.
  2. Just looked on lightning maps, don't think the current storm will do much over here, Euro 4 say's yes to imports, but later ones. We will see soon enough I expect.
  3. It will be for now, we'll see if it's strong enough later I expect. I think at first you will see it weakening, then as the evening goes on start making some inroads if we are lucky. That's dependant on a few things though. Like if the mlcape is strong enough, who knows.
  4. Yep I agree, high of 18.8 here today. Lovely and no noticeable humidity either.
  5. Was goner say my weather station is broken, it's telling me there'll be showers later. May be it's on to something afterall. I won't hold my breath though. Still clear blue sky here. Although the occasional bit of cas has appeared from time to time, not sure if it's moving west or north west.
  6. Still mostly clear here, however some more cas seems to be about, again don't know if it will develop or disperse.
  7. wow again, wales seems to be the new storm capital of the uk.
  8. There Cas clouds here heading west, don't know if they'll develop further or disappear mind.
  9. Started off cloudy, nice and sunny now, but with a haze. Should clear to clear blue sky like yesterday soon.
  10. wow it's only 9.8 down here needed to put a light coat on to rush to the shop just now. Mind you the high here was 19.8, may be why.
  11. Can't see anything at NL's coast now, must have been a pulse storm. Or lightning maps is still playing up.
  12. Sky did clear here at about fiveish. Now it's clear and warm.
  13. Keep missing the thing, my husband watched it though, and he doesn't normally watch weather stuff, may be he's converting.
  14. That's why you like them, if we had snow and storms all the time, they wouldn't be so interesting.
  15. If they are heading SW it's even more unlikely to be honest, didn't look, I assumed as you asked they were heading this way.
  16. I think they are surface based but it has been known, In july a few years back a surface based MCS did make it across, but it was warmer temp wise before hand, and the Channel was probably quite a bit warmer to.
  17. It's still cloudy but it's now thin enough for the sun to shine though and cause shadowing, so getting there at last, and defo getting muggier.
  18. Temp 16.8 DP 15, think it might be higher by the feel of things if the cloud cleared and temp went up.
  19. Enjoy it, I don't think dry weather happens often over there. I'm probably wrong mind. It's the same as tourists coming to London expecting rain. It can happen, but London is quite dry compared to most of the UK.
  20. Same, think the temp rise for the most part is mugginess, although it is slightly higher than it has been.
  21. Still cloudy here. but feeling warmer than it has been, and with the lack of breeze even a bit muggy, which is something I rarely notice here.
  22. We have come close before, there's a close strick in this storm at some point. Just incase it happened before this vid started, I'll post a quicker one. Hit hit one of the stages.
  23. I'm wondering if it's the same storm, or from the same system anyway, when I lived in Croydon, we had a similar storm to what you describe, and after it there was fog about while the moisture from the storm was rising.
