  1. http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=snowforecast;page=4;type=winter;ct=~CR0;sess=0ecb4f41e94be58f81729aa50cef83fa#forecast We are practically neighbours but look at the difference.
  2. The ones in north england heading south are embeded in a trouth that is moving down the east side of the country and should be over essex then kent later.
  3. Just turned full south now, looks like I'll be lucky to catch a thin egde, but I'm still watching what the thames may do when the wind turns.
  4. It's still moving sw watch the center, the dry curve, not the ppn.
  5. this may look like a hurricane eye soon lol, I swear it's trying to rap the ppn right around it's self. Not saying it is a hurricane lol.
  6. Is it trying to pull the ppn back so it is all the way around the low, that's sort of what it look like it's trying to do, IMO anyway, might be why it looked like it was going southeast, got to watch where the low is going not the rain I think.
  7. lol great so instead of snow I get an ice rink, could be interesting if it happens though, I don't think I've seen freezing rain before.
  8. I think I got it, once that trough gets to the southeast you expect a thames streamer from the eqast north east flow, got to admit I didn't think of that.
  9. Ok, probably wrng, I think the first one confirms that the low does pivot and gives snow to places in the south east over night, also there is a trough just abouve east angler that may cause showers to track down the east of england as it tracks south.
  10. If it snows and the snow is not wet snow again, it will settle on a wet surface. It depends on the type of snow not how wet the surface is.
  11. What did they say about the front, as far as I can tell it is raising our temps slightly, or that might be the westerly wind. Or both.
  12. It can't decide between rain sleet and snow, a mixture of everything here.
  13. Does the cheshire gap streamer ever get as far southeast as here?
  14. Those showers in kent are really working hard to move west against a northeast wind.
  15. Clear skys not such a bad thing really, it let the temp drop to -1 here about an hour ago. You want to be cold for when the ppn finally gets here.
  16. Well even if it does, we probably won't be able to tell because of all the grit, if it's as light as they think it will be. They really don't want another big event stopping everything again.
