  1. yes it will be, stuck under the high pressure, I actually think more chance of being dry if the atlantic powers through, get out of this high pressure with fronts trapped
  2. Well I'm a dry weather fan, all year, cold/snow my favourite but nothing worse than Zonality generally, but it for me now may as well be zonal, I've had 2 days non stop rain, Radford Bank flooded again, Worst general setup for me is HP in charge and a NW'ly wind, that nearly always leads to non stop rain, even in summer, where everywhere else is dry even sunny
  3. This rain just won't stop, high pressure sucks! would rather zonality, at least rain bands move through, maybe even brightness as well, looking awful, 3 grim, 3 bloody fronts daytime tomorrow, potentially wet charts, it's still there on Sat
  4. worst chart of last winter! completely snowless Feb here
  5. I got some, but as normal for 2000's very little and quick thaw
  6. Eno Equator and Di 0xberry! I never watch local weather
  7. potentially chilly after tomorrows rain, all depends on if skies clear, if not it could remain at 7°, the high just about hanging on, but we always seem to have a wet Sunday/Monday, so half expecting the Atlantic to break through Sunday 22nd
  8. few miles SE of my location! bring on Summer but 98° too hot! isn't it about 36°C
  9. shame, my location is due 2 days of non stop rain, or I wouldn't mind if it's mild, heard presenters like Eno Equator and Di 0xberry are worse
  10. Yes, cold over for us, 3 days now of non stop rain, then drier from Tuesday, but remaining mild for at least 10 days, Very wet end to ECM though
  11. thicknesses do not support snow from NW'lys at low levels after approx 3am, Pelsall isn't too bad though, so maybe okay
  12. yes, we may do, of course elevation the key, at 300m cold spell could last longer, but even at Glossop I'd say all over 6pm tomorrow
  13. We actually lose the cold air at 3am, so that's the cold spell over for us in the west, then dreading all the rain, especially Sun and mon, and upto 9° in the west, probably cold and dry in the east
  14. more like a wishbone northerly now as well, we'll get the showers tomorrow evening, off a WNW wind, by then much too mild for snow
  15. models look decent after Sun/Mon deluge, few dry days coming up from Tues! no sign of snow, but could be cold or very cold or average, but shouldn't be any rain!
  16. How this is not a named storm is unbelievable! what does it have to be like for named storm? tidal flooding not qualify? Wednesday just gone gales not qualify? what about this coming Sun/Mon deluge? not qualify either?
  17. Could be cold there SS, inversion style, some lucky areas may have frost and freezing fog, but likely cloudy, but whatever it is, I'll be welcoming dry after Sun/Mon deluge
  18. My snow today, cannot believe the refusal to get light! this is 8am! photos not too bad though
  19. yes, winds too northerly, now dreading Sunday/Mondays non stop rain
  20. In a way similar setup to yesterday, cold air due to arrive around 6pm, as we have seen less cold air move down from the north, so hopefully showers 6pm or later
