  1. To me this look cooler? higher dew points maybe, but hopefully 30 degree heat gone
  2. Temps off this? 29/30? heat dome looks well away thankfully! 38 degrees can stay where it belongs! South
  3. Perfect summers day today! and next 2 days, but then going horrid
  4. Hoping it stays away! dosen't look too bad at this stage, the last nightmare 17-19 July, the plume/heat dome 850's 20-24 degrees was over us
  5. looks worse on every model run, GFS eventually getting there, now 33-34 degrees, nearer the time 38-39 likely to be shown, with a red warning
  6. Hopefully looks cooler to me on 14th? even 12th we start to pick up a N sea flow, hoping the mid to late 30's will be just for Central S/W
  7. Still hoping the E breeze will temper the heat a bit, but unlikely as not been mentioned any where! wouldn't have thought 30 degrees off this setup away from W Pennines and Wales
  8. catching up at last, only showing 30 here Thurs and Fri, 29 Sat, much too low, will be upped nearer time
  9. Expecting another 'red' warning issued for Stafford area! everyone will be scared of summer and 'stay at home' setup, models gradually showing worse, this time for perhaps a week
  10. BBC needs to improve! I know the 'symbol' forecasts are useless, but last time was only showing 29 for 18th, then gradually day before corrected it bbc only gives me a max of 28 degrees this week, for thurs, those temps will be upped closer to the day, GFS more accurate with the 30+
  11. Another 00Z, another horror show! my location looks to be much too far south to avoid the super heat! expecting a repeat of July 18/19th, everyone stays at home like wimps! it's only heat for god's sake! it's called summer,
  12. FI but looks like this will bring a lot of north sea mist! for my area anyway, and can often take until 2pm to clear, heat definitely looks less
  13. Want temps down a notch, not like a stone! one extreme to the other again on GFS Brrrrrrrrrr, even just hint of first wintry shower oop norf!
  14. GFS and UKMO not far off perfect summer weather! just want a trend of temps going down a notch, but more likely go other way Mon 27 Tue 27 Wed 28 Thur 30 Fri 30, GFS temps, no higher please or everyone again will start being wimps and staying home
  15. Cheshire Gap day, so don't expect rain there!, here though only 1 shower with an active Cheshire Gap earlier
  16. hopefully not as hot though as July 18/19th! easterly breeze looks decent by Thurs, May even bring sea fret here, hoping knock temps down below 30
  17. remember this! Murray's Wimbledon, one of warmest finals!
  18. I'm liking downgrades too! models definitely trending away from 35+ degrees for this area, hopefully decent days in late 20's
