As a bit of a newbee why would only be rain in scunny with the odd flake?

Sleet n snow in scunny.
Ground is rather wet so it would take a bit of snow to start settling!

Sorry my post didn't post straight away and no posts were on originally regarding latest runs. All I had heard was the possibility that it had all gone horribly wrong but looks like that just not the case.
Let it snow let if chow let it snow.

How have the recent runs gone?
I can not keep up with the run forum lol. Over my head!

Temperature seems to b dropping around scunny. Just sky watching at the moment waiting for my new sofa so it will b a very comfy night tonight watching the lamppost outside my house lol.
All we had so far is just a light hail shower. Still got everything crossed for snow snow snow
And even better scunny have not conceded yet!!!!!

Oh yes. Well my ten days off finishes Sunday and I'm looking forward to going to work and having a play in the 4x4 lol love been out in the snow. BIG kid!!!!

What's people's thoughts on Sprunehorpe north lincs getting hit by the snow?
Looking t several reports there is a chance on Thursday for a second battering of snow for certain part of the country!! Hope the old pell is more than just the weekend and last till at least the end of the month if not till end of feb

Fingers crossed north lincs and not so sunny scunny gets some sort of snow event!!!
What are the models predicting for snow and weather further in to the week. I attempted to go on the discussion page for them but it just moves to quickly for me and is a bit to in depth for someone who is learning the basics !?

As I am all new to this with all these different runs what has the latest GFS run come up with compared to yesterday's runs? Has the latest run occurred yet and if so what is the outcome. Some of the post in other FB pages were suggesting extremely low temps and hell of a lot of snow. Please go easy on me as I'm learning
