  3. Not sure if in right place but ..... Widespread Icy Roads & Heavy Snow Affecting Derby, Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Stoke-On-Trent, Telford + Wrekin & Worcestershire A band of rain, sleet and snow, will continue to spread eastwards during the remainder of Monday morning and into Monday afternoon. This will bring some accumulations of snow, 3cm to 7cm is expected, mainly on roads above approx 250m, though some snow is expected for a time at lower levels. Icy patches are also likely in association with the snow, and as rain falls onto frozen surfaces. This will make for dangerous driving conditions. Issued by Met Office. Valid from: Monday 20 December, 2004 at 10:19 Expires on: Monday 20 December, 2004 at 14:00
