I think it's all banks mate, trust me I could bore u all day with horror stories about TSBWoken up FURIOUS! I would advise ANYBODY with Natwest to change to TSB or someone different I could use a number of words that the swear filter would block... Crap bank!!!! You ask them to do one simple task and they don't!

Woke up to 3 fence panels gone, my daughters 12ft trampoline lifted up sent along garden and left on top of my fence!
My daughters rabbit hutch turned upside down, found rabbit running around garden
