    Had the wet afternoon...............Now comes the cold and fog (Been loving the foggy spells this week)

    The cloud's are rolling in. Rain not too far away I think. Weekend not looking too shabby though

    My other half's had at least 3 storms so far (so she saying) She's in Bramley near Guildford

    AAH this is autumn for me. Thick fog and not very warm either. Bliss.

    Probably rained more last 24 hours than it did the whole of september (and seems there's much more rain to come too)

    It been a funny band really. Not constant rain as expected but when it's came on it's lasted for quite a bit (back on now) more rain today probably than the whole of september

    Rain wasn't as intense last night as I thought it would have been but really starting to pep up now (this would be the main part of the rain ushering in autumn at long last)

    Could be a quite important front this (Kind of wonder if the gleneagles organisers are thankful that the ryder cup was last week rather than this) Seems this front though incoming is going to be the start of autumn proper

    Maybe in the extreme south/south west a few thundery showers maybe at the end of the week but nothing widespread and looks like the HP will come back in quickly probably killing off the threat altogether (that's the way it looks like to me)

    Dunno if it's me but although it's been really quite sunny it's not really been clear blue skies. Seems the sky is either misty or quite dirty. Need something to clear the air

    Bit different today, it's raining but that should when the front clears away hopefully clear the air/murk and maybe next week might be sunny (don't think it's looking all that shabby at all)

    Am I the only 1 keeping this going? Sun tried to come out earlier and it pretty sticky but didn't last long

    Just had a really heavy shower here. No thunder but that was a short, sharp beast

    I got to say bit of a odd post I know but I realise now how localised showers can be. Travelled most of the way home from tesco today in a taxi with the shopping. Virtually all the way it rained (due to a shower) but as soon as the car reached the housing estate? the ground was bone dry. Fascinating I admit

    Few rumbles of thunder around this afternoon here. Little unexpected but hell i'll take it all the same

    Just heard thunder here to be fair though the cloud not all that dark well it was before the shower erupted but it quite well not bright but not dark at all

    Got to admit I am loving it this week so far being as cool as it has been. Perfect weather for me. Today been mostly wet although drying up a bit now

    It's turned rather vile. Rain beating down although still not really got the wind yet
