Ha, you scatty thing you
-
well i am glad the news for you is not so bad. fingers crossed the op goes well, and give him lots of hugs and feel happy that he already knows you love him, as your nan did too. sometimes showing emotions is not needed for the right people to know how you feel.
best wishes Lee
-
really taking shape now Daz, hope its going along smoothly
-
so if i offer to do the ironing would you cook me something nice too.
yes Lee, its nice to have people who do things for us, and especially those who seem to ask for nothing in return. a very nice gesture indeed.
-
Well Lee life is never balanced. and the good never seems good enough when the bad comes along. but the only consolation is the bad never lasts long and with strength and determination (which i know you have) i am sure you will see the better side of things soon. half term with mini-raven should brighten you up a bit, but tell her you are not cleaning up after the gorillas
Big hugs
-

Southeast Traffic...!

living in SE London i know how you feel about traffic. Sunday evening can be as busy as any other weekday, and when the Blackwall tunnel is closed the area can be gridlocked all day. i used to travel from home to RAF Henlow (down the road from Hitchin) every day for work and so long as i got the 1st ferry in the morning i could get to work in about 1h45m but the homeward journey coming back on A1M/M25/M11 could take 2h30m or more if there was an accident on the motorway. not sure if the answer is better roads or reducing cars
