  2. thank you knocker sorry late reply been out, so not quite the scenerio. IF the thing does develop to the models thinking cant be good looks very windy with tightness isobars.
  3. glad 9-10 days is too far for accuracy. We also got GFS talking low squeezed by two highs in north sea this could be very bad. I believe 1953 storm surge was squeezed low. I hope they are wrong.
  4. anybody going to north portugal or north spain thursday going to be good one according to meteox
  5. thanks perfectstorm stopped here but looks like it could rejuvenate in north sea. edit two big cones developing near here towards north sea. faded abit also now harder to see as it moves away sadly but was nice to see it.
  6. agree storm heading to belgium bruges cam would be good
  7. wow just opened up bigtime here now. Its decided we getting what some missed out been raining heavy for 15 mins. Also before sheet rain was looking like attempt to create a funnel cloud. Missed getting shot of it beautiful horizontal then ost it through sheet rain.
  8. signs this thing breaking up weakening looking at radar
  9. Was not my eyesight phew. This may develop into something for the East coast if continues. Looks like we both of us in line filling out area looking at trajectory.
  10. thats incredible luck of the draw they win estofex in sense bang on the money right in middle of there level 1 prediction
  11. looking radar might be trick of eye this getting bigger and badder. Might be very interesting later here if it is. Summer Sun where the defense shield might need it can we borrow it
  12. wow that huge cloud near kent really exploding with torrential rainfall good job most in the channel.
  13. we do the same normally here, we look too missed the worst. Although meteox has smallish heavy cloud in the firing line later. Looks like worst is in channel and france. Acording to meteox you have had 1 lighting strike near your location Summer Sun can you confirm.
  14. Darlo new english riviera Summer Sun, better not tell torquay. This morning gods caught up our shield collapsed.. We had 2 days rainfall that we had whole winter though winter did not produce much rainfall so not hard to do. It was sorely needed mind. Winds been slowly increasing The clouds moving quickly through.
  15. thanks nick and supercell. I apreciate your posts. GFS dont think it will be severe so there disagreement time will tell if its level 1 or not. Been windy here and quite downpour this morning as the tail came through. So excited to be in the slight region of this. Could we finally get some action.. By the way poster on the forum to my link moved tornado risk further north derby area to peterhead and width to the east coast looks like. Interersting if we do get something where it will hit.
  16. just started using this demo trial would agree columbus was mis-quoting data although did manage offset it with fiddling. Weather display not needed this touch wood as it got preset offsets to many weather stations. Down side there that many settings it can be overwhelming at first. Display much better but to some maybe cluttered. If win7 & 8 make sure you use it as administrator level control loses data due collection. I did this not realising
  17. cheered me up mapantz this was posted on weather forum link to website if mods unhappy just delete. He updated it show possible location for tornado risk. http://www.ukweatherworld.co.uk/forum/index.php?/topic/102964-convective-outlook-mon-7th-april-2014/
  18. thanks nick love the possible weak tornado development with this. I hope so always wanted to see one for real but not damaging one though. Might get some action here finally . Got some strange wet stuff through the night 3.3mm. Forecast on met red, purple band heading here around roughly 5pm. Lightening wizard has this potential to drop 20-38mm rainfall and some hail activity.
  19. lucky so and so we didnt just ended with load polution, defra had us on level 9 out of 10 we still high 8 today but media ignored it. Might just be whisper of it breaking here. edit tempreture has shot up today wonder this improves chances convective action 14.7c at moment here
  20. As new poster feel upset to missed brilliant debate. I always believed it was crock of fiction. Felt climate goes in cycles some marginal then some bigger swings. The vid exposing IPCC tells alot how we been duped. How many young scientist got there degrees on back invested helpers paying for there education. Its almost like engineered war get enough foot soldiers make it believable then throw in new market opportunities which make few very rich. Remember somewhere but cant think who, he said man can only effect climate by 0.1%. Now not saying there not been some influence and man does polutes with dangerous chemicals. Smog just recently says this is so. How much data been warped by natural disasters all the bombs man chucked in 2 great wars and its nukes fetish detonatisions afterwards. Scientists or lets say amatuer IPCC forget krakatoa erruption how much it effected worlds climate.
  21. czech border having nice lightening storm and something north spain developing all quiet uk. Got not a chance here we had mist 5 days now fog and predicted sunday 5pm here to have chance lightening. Sadly like all winter we going to miss the boat.
  22. thanks nick. Incidently portugal had 2 tornado's on 31 march 14, Vale do Lobo & Vilamoura. Lucky although not for the 2 home owners it did little damage. How long does take northern spain/portugal storms move north to uk if they head this way. Might get tornado develop in some storms. http://essl.org/cgi-bin/eswd/eswd.cgi?lang=en_0&lastquery=8512436342&force_static_map=true;
