I didn't get any thunder *sniff* But I got a new woolly hat and a new cosy coat. Oh I also won a competition, nothing exciting but I don't normally win anything. Quite chuffed. Now I'm hoping for cold so I can get some mileage out of the new purchase. Had the fortune of some lovely cloudscapes yesterday however. It is raining again. This warm muggy wet weather is making me really tired, but it didn't help we had a powercut last night and next door, who rent, didn't know how to turn their house alarm off. How are we all this bright, but turning cloudy later morning? super. Didn't feel that cold out this morning. We have a burst water main in the area which has stopped me doing any cleaning. Don't like having dodgy water.

Lovely day, warm and a breeze. Got a nasty chest infection waiting in the wings and feel generally crappy. LOL btw.

Just breezed in to say yesterday morning was cloudy,warm and very muggy, with a spot of rain. Almost 17c at 8:30am here. By 4pm it was still cloudy and down to 15c. This morning was sunny and cool, and I was very cosy in my black teddy jacket. I think I need to buy one in a longer style. They aren't wrong when they say it's like a hug wearing one. Such a different day out there today.

32c in the bedroom last night, 3 fans did nothing really. Finally after a bit of sleep woke up at 8am dizzy with my hair a sweaty mess. Another useless warning for me too, will be watching anything thunderly go north again. And no, just getting cloudy in 30c heat isn't nice either.

I'm sure that storm warning was meant to be 'orrible fine rain. Beddy doing me proud again.

Just had my phone beep for a thunderstorm warning. Looks like I'm missing out again we shall see.

The transformer or whatever it's called is maybe 2 mins away from me ( in an enclosed brick housing) and gets a strike now and again, but have had power off all night in the past and hated it.

had a power cut here too, but it lasted maybe 10 minutes. (used to it here though in windy weather)

just lost power for a few mins but storm past.

This storm is kicking off a bit on lightning maps. A few miles east dammit!

well the wind is really getting up and getting dark.
