No charts at the moment point to epic snow for our region. It annoys me that people mis read the charts then claim downgrades/ let downs when the events have passed- we might get a few snow showers in the short term this week. No sign of epic snow as things stand

Was just behind an old lady in the queue at the shops and she was telling the cashier about the snow forecast! Maybe I should have told her to come on here for all the inside info....maybe she is already one of us lol

Alao deep snow at top of Syndnop Hill.can be easy to reach because they open the road to Chesterfield top of Slack Hill then can drive along the top roads, pretty flat. no big hills todescend, ha ha always have trouble going down the hills, even in 4x4 never up.attached photo was two days before vid, same road.
That's next to Darwin Forest isn't it? Next lot of snow you matlock peeps get I'm coming up on a road trip

Radar image was showing snow over me so did a bit of lamp post watching and it is snowing dandruff size flakes...prefer the cow pat variety but at this point after the 'will it, wont it' scenario as long as it's snow I'm happy 😃

So, I've now got a snow symbol for 9pm tonight (where did that pop up from?!), AND .... Wait for it ..... a double snow symbol for 6am Weds morning!
Off to take a screen print before it disappears!

Just saw that Met office has given me a snowflake symbol Tues and all day Wednesday should be YAY but I am still fed up because I don't want the 1 flake I want the 2 flake symbols! Oh well..they will probably take my one flake away in a minute anyway...as per usual
