    Frosty 0c this morning here. Beep automated forecast has sleet tomorrow am. Not had time to look at properly. Certainly heading milder next week for a bit then who knows...

    1c currently, was a very very brief flurry overnight leaving a dusting of a dusting nothing else on the horizon today by the looks of things. Windy overnight tonight maybe, joy.

    Yeah, quite thundery overnight here too. Proper squally shower and strong winds for a while. No damage apart from an upended plant pot! Certainly an eventful week upcoming weather wise!

    Cheers, on 6z potential next Saturday... still a way of being resolved. Just my guesswork -no expert me! As a real novice I am only looking for patterns nearer to home. LP systems and upper temps etc.. Will be interesting to see how this evolves and if moves with UKMO etc...

    -2.4C here in Burbage. What snow/ice left over has frozen over again, slippy! Expect it goes after tomorrow. On the lookout for the next bout.

    Thanks all for the precip charts, looks very interesting later but guess it is down to IMBY conditions whether or not we see a dumping. Good luck for later for those wanting snow! Worth a peep on the radar in the evening to see how these charts add up...defo staying up. edit - just took another look at EURO4. Intense in some central areas later...also now showing on radar down SW

    Merry Christmas!! Milder today as was last few days and as expected really.... Tomorrow and Wednesday looking like there is 'potential' though. Looks like Midlands might see something again even short lived. Enjoy Christmas whatever the weather!

    Sleet here now. 2c and rising. Soon be rain going to be milder next week but after then it looks not so certain but still not expecting a repeat of last two years. Think happy thoughts!

    5c here now. Yes, snow is about gone. Not convinced about anything after the following week. Still not looking like last couple of years. Glass half full at the moment!

    Wow some cold temperatures reported this morning! Currently -4c here and both our schools open. Kids not best pleased Not been further then local shops so no idea what roads are like. Still look frozen to me.
