    I think its too early to expect anything wintry for most of Mids, later or tomorrow maybe.. True that the fun for most is still watching those lamp posts etc..

    Hey up @sheikhy its only 12z, they all go back and forth anyway.. Nothing is nailed on. Might miss us all yet It's radar for me later..

    GFS 6Z (for what its worth..) says.. That low is tracking down the East, wind warnings out there from Met not suprising. Snow risk.. A number of variables as mentioned by others etc.. Whatever the outcome, tonight and tomorrow look interesting from a weather POV, was not expecting this so early this winter!

    Not had time to look at the model output for today/tomorrow, not that it makes much sense to me much. Looks like a dynamic couple of days. Look forward to a proper catch up later on and see what occurs. We have Christmas light switch on around here later, might be interesting with some wet/windy/cold/snow weather.

    The other day was the first around here. Not looked much further yet on forecasts etc.. Not going to set my expectations too high (which i say every year...)

    It's never too soon to look for cold nah, joking. My focus now is bright autumnal days and less of the washouts. Nice start to the week here with blue skies. Dry for now!

    wowsers!. some really intense downpours just now. You could see the line on the radar. Very brief but intense!

    This summer has been a cloud fest. Yes we have had some warm and sunny days but like today...more cloud was hoping for a bit of a late summer heading into Autumn but does not look that likely.

    some mad clouds, sharp showers and now sunny skies. Is this it for May? Looking ahead, more or less it seems!

    Sun out and sudden polystyrene ball type icy stuff falling. Then stopped...looks to be forming North of here. Roll on Spring now please!

    So the GFS shows possibility of snow Monday. Can't imagine much and not unknown to snow in April but hey ho. It is my day off and not going to be great to look at the garden (he he..got me out of that..)

    Oh definitely milder. And wetter. Much preferred the cold to this like most others are saying. Going forward, I haven’t even looked yet

    At least no one has come out with the ‘shorts and barbecue weather’ line yet, unless I’ve missed it. That front is moving East a bit, wonder how far it gets today?

    Some surprise precipitation making its way in land for East Mids, according to radar? Still a bit cool over the weekend then milder temps by Monday according to GFS 6z. I wonder if that's it then or if we see colder output later in the month?

    -7 when I left the house earlier. nice frosty scenes though, looks great!

    Overnight snow fall -3 out. On way to work in Nottingham, some snow down also. -2. Cold one!
